the Uncooking Class: Sunday july 26th. 3-5pm. The theme for the class: "a summer picnic" (food included). Lexi, one of Ecopolitan Head Chefs, will be making mock tuna veggie collard wraps, a coconut ceviche, a pineapple gazpacho, a colby jack cheese, flax crackers (not the eco-recipe), a sweet and spicy marinated broccoli, and caramel turtles. |
