Dr. T’s Lecture Schedule
Dr. T continues to stay very busy lecturing around the world.  He’s spent time seeing patients and lecturing on the East Coast in January, will be returning to the West Coast in February, and heading to Nepal for his Eco-Trek in March. To view Dr. T’s lecture schedule, you can visit Ecopolitan’s online calendar or visit the brand new website, Dr. T Lecture Events & Skin Clinics.

New Dr. T Lectures Events & Skin Clinics Website
We’re very excited to launch the new Dr. T Lectures Events & Skin Clinics website. Here, you can easily view Dr. T’s lecture and skin clinics schedule, register for lectures and workshops, and schedule skin clinic appointments.

Dr. T Lectures at Harvard University to Wide Acclaim
In October 2011, Dr. T was a featured lecturer at the Harvard Humanities Center’s meeting of the Philosophy, Poetry and Religion Seminar.  His lecture, titled “Predictable Healing Against Conventional Wisdom: Are Doctors Ready to Accept the Consequences?”, received an overwhelmingly positive response among those in attendance.  To read the audience feedback from his lecture, visit Ecopolitan’s website.

Eco To-Go
We’re excited to announce that the Ecopolitan restaurant now has an Eco To-Go room! The Eco To-Go room provides ready-made raw selections available daily, with items ranging from pre-assembled menu items, desserts, tasty dips, sauces and dehydrated goods.  Now you can purchase 8 oz. containers of our famous marinara sauce, pesto, hummus, not-cho “cheese,” lentil taco “meat,” eco-sausage patties or falafel balls to take home and make your own pastas, salads or wraps!

Online Store Coming Soon
If you don’t live in the Twin Cities metro area and would like to enjoy 100% organic, vegan raw meals in the comfort of your own home, you will soon be able to order Ecopolitan’s food (and much more!) online. In the next few months, look for an online store featuring Ecopolitan’s famous raw vegan foods; supplements; healthy, ecological home and body care products; healthy food preparation tools; clinic services; and much more.

Nepal Eco-Trek Spring 2012
Join us for an amazing adventure of a lifetime that includes an off-the-beaten-path trek of the magnificent Himalayas, an authentic Nepali community tour, a jungle safari in Chitwan National Park, a World Heritage Site tour, and much more! Guided by Dr. T, this group adventure also supports sustainable rural development and education for poor Nepali children and orphans, and launches the humanitarian project “Touching The Untouchables,” offering massage, therapeutic touch, and general bodywork to members of the lowest classes of the ancient Hindi caste system (called “Untouchables” by the higher castes) in an effort to help society abolish this racially-biased system.

Trek dates are March 16-31, 2012.

For more information, visit Ecopolitan’s website or the Dr. T Eco-Treks for Nepali ChildrenFacebook page.  While there, make sure to read Or Biba’s touching and inspiring account of her trip with Dr. T in the fall of 2011.

Renovations Downstairs
Ecopolitan’s basement area is currently undergoing renovations. When renovations are complete in the next few months, we’ll have a brand new area for all of our Eco-Health Services, such as the infrared sauna, oxygen therapy, exercise with oxygen therapy and much more.  The new space will also allow for more comfortable Eco Community events, such as our free lectures, uncooking classes, and raw food potlucks. We’ll let you know when renovations are complete!

We'll be back soon with more great eco-raw living news.

Until then,
